Richard Healey - Director of Primary Education

Richard is the Director of Primary Education for the Blackdown Education Partnership and has previously been the Primary Executive Headteacher within The Castle Partnership Trust. Previous to this he was Headteacher of IKB School in Wellington, Orchard Grove Primary School and Perry Court E-ACT Academy in Bristol. Richard is passionate about strong outcomes for all children, championing those who are disadvantaged and creating school environments that embody learning communities where all children and families feel that they belong. Richard is driven to ensure that all schools within the Blackdown Education Partnership achieve their potential and successfully serve their communities.
